Art of Strength Classes

We have some great classes to keep both you and the kids active!

Kids classes ~ 10:30-11:15 every Tuesday and Thursday.  Bring the kids in to stay active (and burn off some of their excess energy!).

Early morning classes will begin June 18 from 6:30-7:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday.

Eric is now currently training full time at Art of Strength and Amber will be full time beginning the week of June 18.  All the trainers are ready to meet with you for your free orientation.  They are all available for private small group classes (2-3 people), one on one training, and will all be teaching classes this summer.  Please contact any of them to schedule your orientation or training session.  We look forward to seeing you in the gym!
