A free 40 minute introductory session with a personal trainer is required prior to beginning group classes. Contact one of the trainers for your free session.

Monday

9 – 10 am: Strength

3:30 – 4:30 pm Strength

4:30 – 5:30 pm Cardio Conditioning

5:30 – 6:30 pm Strength

Tuesday

9:30 – 10:30 am Cardio Conditioning

4:30 – 5:30 pm Kettlebell only (1hr personal training prior to attending required)

5:30 – 6:30pm Strength

6:30 – 7:30 pm Beginner’s Kettlebell

Wednesday

6:00 am Kettlebell only (1hr personal training prior to attending required)

9 – 10:00 am Cardio

4:30pm – 5:30pm Strength

5:30 – 6:30 pm Cardio

Thursday 

9:30 – 10:30 am Kettlebell only (1hr personal training prior to attending required)

3:30 – 4:30 pm Strength

4:30 – 5:30 pm Kettlebell Only (1hr personal training prior to attending required)

5:30 – 6:30 pm Combo Class

6:30 – 7:30 pm Beginner’s Kettlebell

Friday

6:00 am Kettlebell only (1hr personal training prior to attending required)

9 – 10:00 am Strength

3:30 – 4:30 pm Variety

Saturday

8:30 – 9:30 am Variety

Sunday
