My fitness journey: Two years ago, I was an avid walker and used home workout videos like P90X and various others. This had been my workout regime for several years, but I reached a point where this routine was no longer effective. I wasn’t seeing improvement in my muscle tone, strength, and endurance, and it wasn’t challenging me. I then started Iron Strength and began to feel stronger, healthier, and was visibly more fit. This change is apparent in my everyday life. For example,due to fast-paced cardio, when hiking or taking the stairs I no longer become out of breath. The kettle bell and weightlifting elements of Iron Strength have been a tremendous help to my core strengthening and all around muscle tone, and I definitely feel challenged every day I go to Iron Strength!
