Let us take this opportunity to clarify the concepts behind the Iron Strength workout routines.

Heavy low rep training is the safest way to lift.

Now ladies,  don’t grab your heart and worry that lifting heavy weights will make you bulky! On the contrary, heavier weights make your muscles work harder for shorter periods of time therefore minimizing the total fatigue of your stabilizing muscles. And, your muscles will respond better and tighten up faster and you will lose inches faster!!

How does that sound? Remember that muscle takes up less space than fat and being tight sure makes you look better in your clothes (and out of them, too!!)
